Been having this problem for about a week. Whenever I use my primary monitor(linked to my GPU), the gpu starts spiking to 100% and then dropping to 0%. my frames drop and my primary monitor starts to lag. Sometimes the blue loading circle also starts appearing for a fraction of a second and then disappears every second. I have cross checked spikes with other GPU monitoring softwares and have found it is most definitely my GPU. I have tried updating graphics drivers already. what's weird is that the temps are normal but the usage spikes whenever I start using my main monitor.
