Hi everyone! I write Beastars fanfictions over on Wattpad, and one of my biggest struggles has always been trying to visualize the interior of the Cherryton dorm buildings.

The manga and anime give us glimpses, but there isn't really a clear, top-down layout of how the rooms (like the Canine Room 701) are connected to the hallways, stairs, and elevators. So, I took some time to design an educated guess of what a floor plan might look like!

A few design notes:

• I included a central elevator/stairwell core surrounded by the main hallway.
• You can see the layout for 8 rooms per floor (701 through 708).
• I tried to logically place the beds, bathrooms, and living areas based on what we see of Legoshi and the 701 boys.

I wanted to publish this here so that other fanfic writers, artists, or roleplayers can view it, share it, and use it as a reference for their own Beastars projects!

Let me know what you think of the layout! Does this match how you pictured the dorms in your head?

Edit / Additional Design Note about the Windows:

If you look closely at the anime, the outside of the building actually shows 5 windows on each side. However, I deliberately changed it to 4 windows per side for this floor plan!

If there were 5 windows, it would ruin the symmetry and mean that some dorm rooms would get an extra window while others got less. Because Cherryton is a school built heavily on the philosophy that everyone is treated "equally," it makes much more sense logically and architecturally for every single room to have the exact same layout and the exact same amount of natural light.
