No response on my ticket from Coros support (is this common?)
So I bough my Pace 3 watch a year back, and so far I love it, but recently the Elevation readings are jumping like crazy, so I suppose the barometer is not working corectly as the gps calibration is returning true values.
I wrote a ticket to Coros support, and it has been almost 3 days without any response at all. All i recieved was a mail that contained the body of my ticket, and that's it. I don't really know what to do, as they state that you shouldn't write more tickets and just wait for it to be resolved..
Can anyone help how should I more forward on this?
