No response on my ticket from Coros support (is this common?)

So I bough my Pace 3 watch a year back, and so far I love it, but recently the Elevation readings are jumping like crazy, so I suppose the barometer is not working corectly as the gps calibration is returning true values.
I wrote a ticket to Coros support, and it has been almost 3 days without any response at all. All i recieved was a mail that contained the body of my ticket, and that's it. I don't really know what to do, as they state that you shouldn't write more tickets and just wait for it to be resolved..

Can anyone help how should I more forward on this?

Am i the only one who is having problems after last update? (Pace 3)

So for example, today I spent all day at one place (250 meter above sea) and my watch is throwing values from 70 to 400 meters of elevation. Even after calibration from gps and manual. Also barometer is jumping up and down by +-20 points for for reason at all. Also HR sensor is sometimes confused, throwing values totaly off charts (on last activity it went from 170 to 60 when i was pedaling uphill). I hope it is just a software issue (please tell me im not alone 🙏)
