Is this email about tariff refunds legitimate?

Last year, I purchased something overseas (toy model car) and had it delivered. I was mistakenly charged approximately $300 in tariffs for aluminum, despite the item being made of plastic. I paid it so I could get my item and I promptly called UPS and filed a dispute.

Someone from UPS finally reached out to me today and they had all the information that I previously sent them. I just want to see if anyone has been through this process before and if it's real or not.
