Apple Watch ovulation accuracy not matching pregnancy dating

My Apple Watch told me I ovulated April 9th. We’ve been doing IVF without success, so we were thrilled to find out I was naturally pregnant on April 22nd when I got my first positive test.

Today 15th of April I had an early vaginal ultrasound and the pregnancy measured 6+1. Based on ovulation around April 9th, it should have been to 7+1.

I also had another early ultrasound on May 7th where only the yolk sac was visible, measuring 5+3.

Could I possibly have ovulated as late as April 16th instead?

My last period was March 21, so this would mean I ovulated quite late, but since this was the cycle right after IVF, maybe that wouldn’t be too strange.

They couldn’t detect a heartbeat yet and we’re worried the pregnancy may not be viable.
