Below is a generated image Im at a little bit of a conundrum here. Not sure how to slope these pavers. The numbers at each corner represent the depth in inches I will dig to from the surface to lay the gravel, sand and pavers. The red line is level, the Green lines slope to the bottom right. The pink line slopes down to the corner of the building. My one question is for the white line. Should this line be level or should the white line slope down to where it meets the green line and then both the far right and far left corners would be level with each other?

I would like to make some new lids for these tanks. Or buy some if possible? Or repair them so they properly seal the hole? Whatever is easiest. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I plan to bury them under a couple of inches or dirt. Burying them isn't against code in my location.

I want the tank lids to not protrude out of the ground and I want to bury them. Any one know If I can cut the concrete risers off? What should I use for a lid after? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Little confused on how to slope this. Any recommendations? since the pavers will run between two buildings and alongside two buildings
