Hisense 75Q6NAU TV Disney + Netflix issue
Hi,
My 75inch TV has started to play up when using Disney and Netflix and I’m unsure what todo. The TV is less then 2 years old and here is the issue
Disney+
When watching a movie the bottom section freezes while the top section continues to play like normal (see photo of movie wreck it Ralph)
Netflix Aspect Ratio is incorrect. (Photo of Wiggles) (Settings unavailable to change ratio)
