I am not asking anyone to share their actual fees here, but I am curious to know HOW other brokers are billing clients for articles that have become very complex due to all of the changes surrounding the HTS. For example, I’m working on classifying at article from Brazil that would’ve taken me 5 minutes a couple of years ago. Today, I have been working on it for almost 4 hours between all of the research I’ve had to do. Any input is appreciated.

Has anyone had issues with ES-003 report missing a few entries for a particular importer? If so, any guidance on how to fix it is appreciated.

Do any current exemption codes apply to 8438.90.1000 from Brazil for the new 25% tariff?

Is there any workaround to avoid the 25% tariff for shipments entered today, 7/29? I am aware of the 12:01am exemption on the 9903.05.01 code. Thanks!!
