How long did it take to receive your replacement battery?
I called ridgid for a battery replacement and went through the trouble shooting process with them. Customer service advised it was bad and they will send me a new one. I received the email confirmation and it stated I would be emailed the shipping information once it’s sent out. That was 15 days ago and I still haven’t gotten an email.
