The strange behaviour of John Lear and Bob Lazar whilst filming the test flight on March 22nd 1989.
I was recently watching this clip of Bob Lazar and friends on their first trip out to watch the supposed 'test flight' of the alien craft from S4 on Wednesday 29th March 1989.
I noticed something VERY odd about some things John Lear says, and about Bob's behavior and interaction with Lear throughout.
First of all Lear notes that he can see truck lights in the distance that it seems are stationary, suggesting that others are out there to observe the 'show' too. He also addresses the camera as if he's talking to an audience, saying 'you folks' and 'later in the show...'
It's obvious that he thinks they're making some kind of documentary or at least that this video will be shown to an audience.
Bob's behavior (off camera) is really strange too, considering he is risking a lengthy jail sentence and/or violent retribution for breaking top level military protocol by just being there with his friends and filming. He seems to goad Lear and even makes him say who else is there with him. Much laughter occurs when Gene Huff jokes that Bob is now a 'dead man' when Lear says his name.
I can't be the only person to wonder why Bob is taking it all so lightly with basically his life at stake, and why Lear seems to think he's part of a documentary. And why are other people out there in their trucks if this is, as Bob claims, a top secret test flight?
What do you think?
The footage starts around 1 minute and twelve seconds into this clip...
