First of all, ignore the mess on my computer desk.

Right now all I have done is about half of the Key Blanks (the grey part that tells the Mobirates & Gokai Galleon what key is inserted).

I’m going to be doing the portion that gets sandwiched inside the upper ranger portion next, then I’ll make the locking rail (the rail on the side with the shorter teeth section).

There are two teeth section I’ll need to do;

The shorter one that tells the Gokai Galleon what color key is inserted
The longer one that tells the Mobirate which what team the key belongs to.

Since I don’t have a Gokai Galleon (and they’re like $150+ on Ebay) I can’t test the color teeth to see if I’m doing them right, so instead I’ll just focus on the Team Teeth until I can get one, meaning all the keys I make until then will just have the White Ranger tooth pattern (A generic brick with no notches)

I’m not good enough in Blender to sculpt the helmets, so I’m not sure what I’ll do for those. I might just buy premade 3D models of wearable helmets and just solidify them and shrink them down, then add the neck & connection piece, but that relies heavily on other people already having done the helmets.

I’m trying to remain as faithful as possible to the original, but I am planning on making a few minor tweaks to the keys like separating the outer hinges to the left one is on the front torso and the right is on the back, this was it should be a lot easier to completely disassemble the keys if needed. I also wanted to make a few unique arm variants (Rounded shoulder pads, square shoulder pads, and pointy shoulder pads) to capture more details for rangers like DekaMaster, Gouraigers, & AbareKiller. They’ll be 95% the same, but have different shaped shoulders to allow for the rangers’ armor design to be added to it instead of just a small splotch of paint like with DragonRanger.

Don’t expect as many updated with this project as I gave with the stickers themselves, it’ll probably be a while before I make any major update.

Since I've finished all the replacement Gokaiger stickers for the 35 of the main teams, I'm starting to 3D model the keys themselves so people can 3D print them if they want. I'm starting by making a blank of the main key portion itself.

Picked these bad boys up for $13 (USD). Gosei Red & Red Racer will look great with my replacement stickers.

I finished making Ranger key stickers for both Kyuranger & Kyoryuger (plus Dino Force Brave). I can only include 20 photos for this post but I did 33 stickers between the two teams. There's a checklist in the Google Drive, but I'll copy & paste their sections in the comments.

I'm only two seasons away from being finished with the first 35 seasons of Sentai Key stickers (Go-Onger & Goseiger). Link to Google Drive in comments, here are the highlights of what I've gotten done since my last update;

Here's the Red Rangers for the next batch of Gokaiger Ranger Key stickers I've done. I've started chronologically and finished all the teams up until Maskman, which is enought for a full sheet of Red Rangers, which I figured would be the most used. (Google Drive link in the comments.)

I just finished my 12th batch of replacement Gokaiger Ranger Key Stickers (Link to Google Drive in Body Text) Magiranger's core team is also done, but I won't call that team done until MagiShine, Wolzard (normal & Fire), & Magimother are made too.

One of my favorite tropes of Sentai is whenever a new ranger shows up the camera does the close-up shot jump just thing showing off all the fancy new elements to the suit.
