I just want to confirm that all* of the 36mm Datejusts produced this year - usually with 5x or 6x serial - are already the V2 versions.

If yours serial also starts with 5x or 6x you can be sure, but here are the details:

Around 120g weight (with all the links), 27 balls in rotor bearing, plated, shinier bezel, F6U clasp code.

(*Black, green and blue dial versions ones with the fluted bezel.)

I’ve seen TDs/VSF advertising the V2 36mm Datejusts: 27 balls in the rotor bearing, 121 g weight, F6U clasp code.

Well…

I have a 36 mm Datejust in hand from January/February. It has all the mentioned features, with a serial starting with 5x.

I even wrote a post saying I thought it was a V2 (but it got downvoted).

Can anyone confirm whether the V2 rollout started around the beginning of the year, and VSF/TDs just didn’t advertise it at first?
