Hello, everyone, two days ago I recieved some kind of "message" by Instagram, it says they suspect automatic behavior on my account, since then I can't do anything on Instagram except log out from other devices, btw it didn't help. Today I have barely changed my password but it doesn't help as well. What should I do? Who else encountered the same problem? How long will my account be unavailable? It's already been 2 days. Please, need your help.

P.S. I haven't used any other "automatic-platforms" or VPNs
