It seems like I can run about 4 miles before my blood sugar starts to plummet. I usually have a 20g energy gel every couple of miles but that doesnt seem to help. I try and start a run after my BS is between 120-150. I used to set a temp target of 150 but now I just suspend all delivery while im out. What am I doing wrong? What tips do you have?
