So I sold an item for 18eur, and the offside ad cost me 17.70eur. And then Etsy applied it's fees etc. There is costly delivery fee for it, but I lost tons on this sale. Wtf?

Can you get the ads fees back if you cancel the order?

Can I get that sorted somehow?
