We have two 46" square picture windows that have fogged. The frame (Simonton, vinyl) is old but doesn't seem to have any problems, so really we only need the glass replaced if that's a possibility. Either way, don't need anything too fancy. It's in an HOA so need all the permits probably.

Any guesses as to the cost we should expect? The companies I've reached out to want to schedule visits but I just want a back-of-the-envelope estimate to see if it's within budget before spending a lot of time on this.

And does anybody have recommendations for companies or contractors that have done a similar small project for them?
