Open box is a scam
Drove over an hour away south Seguin to north Austin to pick up a open box smart watch get home open the fucking box the watch is dirty and there is no charger I contact customer service to see what can be done and the only solution I was offered was to return it
Since when did open box mean in whatever fucking condition ? I thought open box meant the box was opened closed and put back or display item or some shit not someone used it for years then we put it by itself in a mystery box and sold it to you ?!?!
I read the description it did not say anything that would have lead me to believe I'd be picking up a used dirty charger less watch why would I drive over an hour for that why would I pay so much for it
Wtf best buy gas is almost 4 dollars a gallon!!?!!
I'm complaining because the did not describe it.
Both me and a customer support agent and a supervisor went over the listing and it did not have a description of the condition just open box. And as a person with no experience with open box at Best buy I just assumed what a normal person would assume open box means.
Both the agent and the supervisors agreed my situation sucked and was wrong but they had not options to help me (apparently)
So now I'm crying in a closet after driving to best buy in New Braunfels and returning it.
