I tried to see the Blue Man Group yesterday and today and purchased last minute tickets for both both nights. And I was denied entry both nights due to cancelled tickets. The box office said they were cancelled because they were purchased with stolen credit cards.

StubHub customer service took forever in the chat to help, one took 40min. I assume refunds are on the way but it's not instant.

The cardholders must have contested the changes. The box office listed 3 names on different orders. StubHub is being used big time for fraudulent sales.

Not sure how the fraudsters expected to make money unless people don't contest the charges soon enough.
