View model bugging out

I've noticed that when using MW weapons the view model seems to get stuck in place after swapping to a different weapon. Not quite sure why. Any help would be appreciated

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like enemies don't attack enough. I even recently downloaded the FromSoftware Parry mod, which lets you deflect enemies like in Sekiro. Having enemies attack more frequently I think would probably make this mod more fun to use. So if there are any mods out there that let you do this, I'd greatly appreciate if anyone could tell me.
