Why isnt there still a software similar to MCreator but for gmod, that would make prop-making easier?

It would probably look like this:

You drop a model, texture, material (you convert it with VTFedit and source tools addon in blender), and write/choose properties you usually choose when making a qc file, and in the end it creates you an addon folder and you just put it in your game files.

Every time i download addons, the "Generic Failure" shows. I deleted all my addons and it doesn't work at all.

Saw this guy with an H.E.V. Suit and a Crowbar, who is this?

I spawned him in, he clipped through the floor, and now he's T-posing in the lotus position. Is this a new addon I accidentally installed or is he achieving CHIM?

I was just walking around this town, I found a slab thing, couldn't really see what was on it since my textures were so low, but I could make out 4 symbols. A bit later, there was this fog and this guy appeared. Didn't really know what happened, but I quit the game shortly after this guy appeared. Anybody know who this is?

There's a few things I want to change still, such as maybe blurring the foreground character a bit. It's meant to be a wild-west stand off between a rebel and an officer. Anything I should change?

Alright, I made this mod back in January: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3650358559 and it was pretty successful but over time I lost passion for it and it became annoying to maintain. The ratings fell because people don't know how to use it and I got complaints after complaints. The reason I work on it less is because I'm working on a new polished one for several months now and I'm planning to release it, but this one is my most popular one and it will be very hard to match it's success. Any tips?
