Sorrento in late October

Hello,
My husband and I are traveling to Italy the last week of October. We will be flying in to Naples and staying in Sorrento for 4 days. I know it’s the “off-season” but is there any concern with places not being open or limits to what would be available to do. We’re pretty go-with-the-flow people but we’d love to do a boat day/evening to see the coast, have some prosecco, etc. Would this be available (and even worth it) that late in the year? Are there any unmissable things to do that time of year?
