Ok, I have a 2015 Ram 2500 6.7 cummins with 68k miles. Last week I installed a Banks transmission pan and now my truck is slipping in reverse. But when the transmission warms up a bit the slipping goes away. My old transmission fluid actually didn't look too bad. It was just a shade darker than the new fluid. I did notice some sludge at the bottom of the pan. I checked the fluid level at 145 degrees and it shows full. The truck is deleted but it is on a mild tune with increased transmission pressure. Both tans filters were replaced also.
I am very gentle with my truck and it mostly used to tow the family travel trailer during the summer. Should I add an anti-slip additive or am I screwed?
