Chronic fatigue
I started with chronic fatigue after my first baby. I could not walk from the parking lot to the hospital/store without feeling like I had just finished doing squats to exhaustion. This feeling would stay for hours after just a small amount. Now, almost a decade later, it’s nearly the same. I addressed it then and they told me it’s just because I was a new mom. Now, I have my children every other week (divorce) and I still have so much trouble. I mowed a quarter of my 1/8 acre lawn and had to take a break (and was pushing myself the whole time through the fatigue). I finished the lawn 8 hours later and could barely walk. I eat a healthy diet. I’m an omnivore. I’m 180 at 5’7”. Just finally got my ferritin checked and it’s at 30. I get plenty of sleep now. But I’m am exhausted physically all the time. I’ve seen doctor’s so many times for this and they write it off every time. Any ideas? I feel like it must be something that happened from having a baby that hasn’t been resolved.
