I’ve been keeping an eye on this stock for about a month now, and it’s dropped to $1. I like the idea of a company wanting to streamline the mortgage application process, considering the fact that I bought a home last year and every step was so clunky and time consuming that I wondered how nobody thought about fixing this issue.
I felt as though the mortgage broker was getting his information from ChatGPT, and our real estate agent wasn’t getting us information that we couldn’t glean from Zillow. I hate Ai but the workers in this industry are basically daring it to replace them.
Does anyone have thoughts on this company having a good future? I’ve seen its highs at about $4 but I think that was during a crazy bull market
