Everyone and their mother keeps talking about makint "cadet" houses from existing houses and I have no idea what they mean. Also how does it work in terms of game mechanics?

Especially in the character creator? A lot of mistakes in cultures where culture traits are straight up missing or regiments that are added having a spelling error in the types of regiments they are good against etc.
