Is this pouch genetic? Am i cooked? Or just need to cut more?
I've been cutting for 4 months with great progress. I see myself leaning out, getting more defined, without losing strength.
However... This damn pouch!? I can see the outline of abs where the straight line is but then there's this protruding belly, idk if it's genetic or I just need to cut more...
Any ideas?
Edit: 168cm, 62kg. I don't drink alcohol. I am eating a high protein, low carb and low fat diet. Some days I overdo it on the fats and cut more carbs to compensate the calories.
I don't think I have high cortisol levels. I don't know...
