As a fresh 40, how am I supposed to gear up in Countdown? Am I supposed to?
I've done quite a bit of research, and every halfway recent source says that Countdown is where you get your gear. I can't even come close to soloing it, nobody matchmakes on the difficulties I would stand any chance in (ie, normal), and on any higher difficulty I get insta-kicked.
The solution that I keep seeing is to get better gear first. Which I'm supposed to get in Countdown.
As a new player (who also didn't do endgame in Div 1), hitting level 40 is like hitting a wall. Any tips on how I'm actually supposed to advance?
