Looking for studio or 1 bed/1 bath residence in ATL metropolitan area

Currently looking for either a studio apartment, or a 1 bed/1 bath residence in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area (not opposed to outside of this area, but no more than 15 miles).

I’m also open to looking for a 2 bed/ 2 bath with another person, but no more than 1 other roommate (so two tenants total, including myself).

My current lease ends in October 2026, but depending on the circumstances/property I would be able to move in sooner. I’m a single female (31), I work as a bakery assistant, and my contribution towards rent would be between $650 - $750.

If anyone is interested in discussing more, please ask to contact in the comments. I will not accept random DM’s. Thanks all, have a good day!

Confused about what will happen to my security deposit. [GA]

So for context: I live with three other roommates in a house. We all signed a year lease back in October (31st) and so the lease is up this year. Now, according to what I had always thought, when your lease is up the security deposit is given back to the tenant - IF you give proper written notice and there is no huge damage to the property.

But my roommates are telling me that I would have to find a person to sublease my spot, and that persons direct deposit would be the only way I would be able to get MINE back. So in the case of me just moving out without finding another person, I’d just… lose the deposit.

Which isn’t stated in the lease. And if I’m reading the right articles, I don’t believe it’s legal? But I’m new to Georgia and so I’m very confused. I don’t plan on renewing but I need the deposit in order to help secure a new place.

But are my roommates right? Would I have to actually find someone to take my spot in the house or risk losing my deposit, even if I give 60 days notice and make sure all damages are taken care of, as stated in the lease?

Any help/information is EXTREMELY appreciated.

I’m still pretty new to the housekeeping game (started about a month ago), and while I really enjoy the act of cleaning and making my clients happy, I know I’m lacking when it comes to: prioritizing certain tasks over others, knowing what rooms/areas to start with and generally feeling like I’m taking too long with just one room/area.

I will say that today I implemented the “top to bottom, left to right” approach and I noticed that I definitely made better use of my time with just that change!

For those who have been in the housekeeping business or just have knowledge about prioritizing and timing specifically, what wisdom do you have to pass on to someone who likes cleaning but also has the worst executive dysfunction?
