Is it possible for a rogue who uses cold imbuement, to have 100% uptime with cold imbuement VS A LAIR BOSS, and NOT use CI-Frozen heart? If it is possible, how would you do it?

Playing a rogue. I have equipped shrouded gift. Using smoke grenade - silhouette is not proccing concealment via the shrouded gift pants. I have also tried using dash - primer to proc concealment via shrouded gift pants and that also is not proccing concealment...
So, besides actually having concealment on my skill bar and casting concealment, what other techniques will cause shrouded gift pants to proc concealment? Smoke grenade(silhouette) and Dash(Primer) are not proccing concealment via shrouded gift pants.
