I saw this question before, but people were saying "definitely red" and definitely "green".

I was hoping for more experienced people to clarify this.

To be specific, my understanding of mewing I rest my tongue on the green and sort of suck the back part of the tongue up so the entire tongue is resting.

Green should be the place a little after the bump on the top of your mouth, while red is putting your tongue directly on the bump.
