Litelinux files dissapear
One week in my Linux discovery journey, I run lunuxlite on an old ideapad430. Managed to make some windows games run by copying the windows-mwcgine installed files in a new folder under home/desktop/lite...., run it from there using wine, managed even to carry over some saves. All seemed good, but after two or three shut-off and restarts the files are not there any more.
Was I supposed to just send the machine to sleep to prevent that? Or hibernate? I have a wonky charger, and didn't want the battery to get drained overnight while traveling. I still have the files on a stick, will add back the game, but don't want to have to do it again and again, so I'm looking for advice on what could prevent this: should I choose another folder to copy the files, or maybe not shutdown the laptop?
