I have a rxv that I need some advice on. I haven’t had it long l, but I noticed there is both a whine coming from under the rear seat as well as a grinding noise. Neither is constant, but come and go frequently when we are driving. You can hear the grinding at the start of this video. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It seems this cart is also locked at 12-13mph. What’s the easiest way to get it unlocked?
