Male Practicum Outfit Inspiration??
Hello!!
My first day of Practicum is TOMORROW (GR12 English & Creative Writing)!!! I've been told a variety of different things from different members of faculty regarding what (or what not) to wear for practicum; everything from we should be dressing more professionally than faculty, to "as long as you don't look like a high school student or in-school volunteer, you're good".
So much of what I see for appropriate student teaching attire posts are for feminine wardrobes, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what's appropriate for masculine clothing??
My "practicum/future teaching attire" that I've been building includes polos (both knitwear and plain fabric), plain knit, patterned knit, or professional-looking graphic sweaters/quarter zips (to wear with dicky collars), and I've got clean straight-cut jeans & khakis that I was originally planning on wearing but have been second-guessing since being told a variety of different dress code rules.
If anyone has advice it would be much appreciated!!
