Three different missions. Three different stories;

Rogue lake city - belongs to the workers. If the engineers don’t want to research it’s up to them. They made their ship and left.

Crumbling towers - belonged to the engineers; they fought to keep the place standing. And completed their mission of foundations. The base crumbled before they could build their boat. Now the work camp is a memory.

Tropical islands - the sailors new port. They are eco pirates. With minimal pollution buildings. Everyone walks to power the water and food. They made a home. No need for a ship. They have become the new world.
