Has anyone experienced something similar?

have a pending marriage-based I-485. I had my adjustment interview a little over a month ago, and everything seemed to go normally. The officer reviewed our relationship evidence, asked all of the standard eligibility questions, corrected one answer on my I-485, and had me electronically sign the correction.
At the end of the interview, he told me he couldn’t approve my case because there was a system/linking issue between my I-130 and I-485. He apologized several times, said he didn’t want to keep us waiting, and sent us home. He never mentioned fraud, criminal issues, inadmissibility, or requested additional evidence.
Since then, my I-130 has been approved, but my I-485 is still pending. I recently received a G-56 call-in letter from my local USCIS field office asking me to return for an interview. The notice only tells me to bring my passport, driver’s license, and the letter itself.
I spoke with an immigration attorney, who said it could be something administrative, such as the officer needing to complete the adjudication now that the I-130 has been approved, or a technical issue (for example, the interview record or electronic signature not saving correctly). They emphasized those were possibilities, not conclusions.
Has anyone had a similar timeline? If so, what ended up happening at your appointment?
