Employees on the frontlines are absolutely run ragged when y’all give us low and medium payrolls for huge releases. We simply don’t have enough staff to cover the number of customers coming through, which leads to mistakes being made, high levels of stress, conflict between staff and abusive customer interactions.

So I ask again…why?

Had this a few times…I’ll politely ask customer to put their phone away/stop talking and they’ll run down the stairs after me and start complaining that I was “rude“ to them and “Now I’m wasting my film because of you!”

Fucking go back in then? I didn’t ask you to follow me out!
