My daughter’s boyfriend just got a job at UC, and could use some recommendations for a nice safe place to live. He doesn’t want to drive more than about 15 minutes to campus. Budget is $1300 on the top end, and he has 2 cats. Have been looking toward the West Side, but he’s open as long as it’s safe and decent quality. If you have specific apartment suggestions, I’d love to hear them.

I got a 1968RK last week, and I love it. First Supro amp. I got it used. 3 years old from the original owner and it had very little use. Tonight it started making very loud popping and cracking sound intermittently. I u plugged all pedals and plugged straight in and it would even make the sound when I wasn’t playing. I made sure the power cable was tight. I haven’t checked any tubes or anything yet.

Has anyone had a similar issue?
