More Razzo fun
Sent to me by a customer who is roasting with two SR800 and two Razzo V5T-12, packaging and selling local. The Razzo with true bean temperature monitoring makes consistency possible. He is working on a 60# bag of Brazil. Posted with permission.
Trivia: the first 12 inch Razzo was a custom request from a “cottage” roaster in Virginia for in 2021 her SR800. I didn’t think it was a good idea. Now 12 inch is the most popular Razzo chamber size (V5T, D12T, C12).
