Hi all,
I was just seen an urgent care (in Canada) as I have some bleeding and (TMI) weird looking discharge. I’m not filling a liner but every time I go pee I have something floating in the toilet or I have something coming away onto the TP when I wipe. Im also having period like cramping and vaginal pressure. I’ve lost most of my pregnancy symptoms( sore breast, some nausea and food aversion) I’m suppose to be 8 weeks on the dot today but I’m measuring at 6 weeks, unsure of heartbeat yet as the internal ultrasound couldn’t direct it. My HCG is about where it should be for someone of 6 weeks. I’ve been referred to an Early Pregnancy Assessment Clinic. My questions are, how can I possibly be 8 weeks but only measuring at 6 weeks? Did anyone else have similar symptoms as me and go on to have a successful pregnancy?

Edit: turns out I was/ am actively miscarrying the ultrasound wasn’t able to pick up on that or I wasn’t passing big enough clots yet. And let me tell ya ladies, the pain? Not period cramping AT ALL ☝🏻 I’m sad as this was a first and very wanted pregnancy but it just means things were growing well and I’d like a happy healthy baby. Now on to the fun of trying again 🤷🏻‍♀️
