Question about Headphones impedance on Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th gen

Hello everyone

I'm planning on buying a Scarlett 2i2 4th gen and I'm not sure with which headphone to pair it with.

I intended to go for the Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO X (48 ohms), because I've tried Beyerdynamic headsets before, really liked them and wanted to get the newer driver + detachable cable

But, I heard on a video review of the Scarlett 2i2 4th gen that it has a high impedance of 50 ohms and that it wasn't recommended to pair it with any headphone under the mark of 80 ohms.

How does it work? I don't quite know how much it will affect or if it will significantly change the sound quality of the headphones.

I'm not very concerned with how loud or low the volume would be, but mostly if it would make the headphones sound colored or inaccurate.

Should I go for another pair of headphones? Perhaps a DT 770 PRO (non x) 80 or 250 ohms?
Or should I go for some other audio interface? Like Scarlett 4i4 (11 ohms), Volt 2 (10 ohms), MOTU 2 (0.05 ohms) and etc.

Thank you all for the attention and forgive my lack of knowledge :)
