So I’m renting a car and I was trying to use my points, I have 3 free days. It wouldn’t let me me on line , I got a price for $800 for 7 days. So I called to make a reservation and told her I wanted to use my points, she said okay and quoted me $2000 , I was like what!! I said I had an estimate of $800, she then asked do you have triple A I said yes, she then finds my points and gives me an estimate of $487.64 , cool , then they send a email it’s time to check in and add $104 bringing my price up to $591 charges not explained, does anyone have an answer?
