Hi.

I played BG 1-2 and IWD EE, all of the expansions of these game. I am at the edge, to continue with IWD 2 EE , but i just really hate the D&D 3 and 3.5 system, but I can survive that.

Any of you have experience with a fullscale mode for the mentioned games? ( With ad&d 2 system, the one that BG1-2 and IWD 1 have) is there a mod for them that is as good as the original games campaign? Or almost as good as? I need a good campaign, not an overhaul with crazy mods or characters, but a story which I can get immersed in for a few weeks, like the original?

If not really, then I will go with IWD 2...But should I use the EE mod for it? (i guess so its better with that?)

I recently made a second volume of the '90s PC gaming Nostalgia, where I'm sampling famous FPS games from this era, like: Half-Life, Sin, Kingpin, Gunman Chronicles, System Shock 2 and many more.

I just love this era's games sound design, as they typically not the best quality but have some charm to it, as the analogue instruments of the electronic music equipments of this era had too.

Half-Life and Gunman is the most that I have fun with, as There are countless good machine and ambient hums, also one shots sounds, they are the best in usability and quantity. this games of the era usually have many techy and futuristic sound that goes well for this jungle and dnb world.
