Hi,

My partner and I are currently waiting to hear back from a townhouse we applied to. It’s a 2bed 2 bath three story townhouse (1200 sqft) and I have a couple of questions, if anyone could answer that would be helpful.

The home is located in the central district/cherry hill area (by Cherry and MLK), does anyone know anything about the area? Would love some insights on what it’s like.

And the second question I have is regarding the WSG bill. We currently live in a big complex so it’s all grouped up and fairly reasonably but I have heard single homes/townhomes could be pricier for WSG. This is a new build with AC and a gas range, would anyone be willing to share what they pay for a townhouse of this size?
