Hey I'm wondering how do people like Brian get away with wheelies and driving on the footpath? I wanna get into the stunt scene but I'm lost about this.

I'm 16m and I can't sing at all like when I try I just end up talking but I drag words. Is it possible for me to learn to sing well and if so can I do it from home. Thanks in advanced.
