Well. Did it again. It was quick. A few lines, some salve and a bandage. My skin aches and I feel the split in my skin.

I had a good streak going. I was really doing ok for a while. Now I’m torn between cutting, abusing my meds, or maybe just jumping off the roof. Would be more cost efficient.
