2 year old has never slept through the night

Im just after some advice please
So my little girl turned 2 in April & her sleep has always been bad. We’ve gone through months of trying different methods, ferber, sitting with her whilst she falls asleep, rocking her to sleep etc.
We are at a stage now where she will happily fall asleep on her own, in her toddler bed, as long as we leave the door open. We say “we’re just nipping to get a drink, loo, feed the dog etc etc” and we will check 10 mins later and shes asleep. This is by 6pm if she didn’t nap that day, 7pm if she did. She will usually nap for around an hour. She wakes up between 7-8am in the morning.
Once shes asleep, she will wake up at 21:30 almost on the dot, we go in and quickly resettle and she goes back to sleep. However, she then without fail wakes up again around 23:00 and will not settle at all, screaming , crying until we bring her into our bed. My husband and I are so tired, we literally haven’t slept properly for years now & cant really deal with the fight that late at night so just bring her into our bed where she sleeps the rest of the night fine.
