How was the paper what were the question types mostly? (Preping for a hard paper)

I have a cc going on i watch those classes live and practice, idk if it was this habit or my chronic doom scroll addiction(which I've put an abrupt stop since yesterday) that prevents me from this, but my mind races and panics during mocks idk maybe i judge myself with those results? Has anyone else felt this, how do you just give it all in those 3?
