Has anyone else been dealing with Project Lyra payment issues or long periods without support responses?

I’ve been stuck with unresolved payment problems for a while now, including tickets being marked solved without the issue actually being fixed. Mostly just trying to see whether others are experiencing the same thing too.

If enough people are interested (or even a few), maybe we can make a small Telegram group to compare timelines, share updates, vent a little, and support each other while figuring out next steps.
