S26 Ultra locked by Samsung
Hello guys
Ive purchased a sealed Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from Marketplace. The guy that sold the phone had an invoice etc
Fast forward as it was sealed i didnt open until i got home
You can guess it, i open the phone and get a notification that its locked by Samsung Benelux.
Called with Samsung support and they said that the purchaser of the phone didnt hold on to a promotion agreement and thats why they locked it. Now the phone is bricked
Did file a report with the belgian authorities and they wont and cant do anything apparently as the device isnt stolen for them. They also didnt confiscate the phone and actually gave it back to me.
Could anybody support if there is a workaround? Maybe if i flash it would it actually work? Any tips or ideas would be great!
