Refundable publishing fee
I published my first game to Roblox a few weeks ago. I did the ID checks, paid for the "plus" subscription and fully met the requirements to publish to all ages.
But now my game has been changed to "Ages 16+ and trusted friends" and it says "Reach more players by paying a refundable publishing fee to level up your current publishing reach"
I have to pay 1000 Robux and it says "This fee will be refunded if your game maintains 100 highly engaged players for 90 days without moderation resulting in your game becoming unplayable, or if publishing requirements are not met within 90 days of payment"
Now when I checked the publishing requirements, it no longer says you need a "plus" subscription.
Are they just changing the rules and making it up as they go along? They already milked me for the subscription and now they also want a 1000 robux deposit which they say is refundable but then the small-print outlines a bunch of requirements to actually get it refunded.
